Ethos Homes arose from a desire to bridge the sensibilities of real estate development with the thoughtfulness of permaculture principles in action. We realize the changing wants and overarching needs of buyers to root down into well built homes that are consistent with well-researched and applied energy and environmental principles, and evoke a life with meaning, depth, connection to nature, and to one another. We value being in right relation with our customers and our contractors to form a network of community support and integrated wellness.

As a family-run business in South Florida, we design and build homes as if they were for our own families: solid, lasting, and purpose driven. Every project is a collaboration grounded in craftsmanship, wellness, and respect for both people and the land.

What sets us apart from conventional builders is our unwavering commitment to preserving Florida’s natural landscape. Where many clear lots completely, we intentionally preserve existing trees and ecosystems whenever possible, honoring native plants, edibles, and even soil building. From the earliest design phase through the final detail, we prioritize materials and methods that enhance not only the home itself but also the surrounding environment.
