About Us

We are a family-run business based in South Florida, dedicated to building homes that are not only resilient and beautiful, but also thoughtfully integrated into the natural environment. At Ethos Homes, we create the kind of homes we would want for our own family—solid, enduring, and rooted in what we believe is the best place on earth.

Rachel is a South Florida native with a background in environmental studies, design, and community development. Her passion for sustainability and aesthetics guides the vision behind every Ethos home. Jakub comes from a long line of builders and craftsmen in Poland. After studying business, he moved to Palm Beach County at 21 and spent the next two decades refining his skills in high-quality home construction. Together, our complementary backgrounds led to the creation of Ethos Homes—a collaboration built on purpose, integrity, and care.

What sets us apart from other builders is our commitment to preserving the natural Florida landscape while delivering high-quality, energy-efficient homes. Unlike conventional builders who often clear lots entirely, we work to maintain existing trees and ecosystems whenever possible. From the earliest design phase to the final detail, we prioritize materials and methods that enhance both the home and its surroundings. Our builds are grounded in craftsmanship, longevity, and respect for the land.
